How does the Ice machine water bottle inlet work? I don't see the usual inlet on the top

The water for the Aquarius does not go in by inverting the water bottle on top of the machine. There is a water inlet with a connected hose at the back of the machine. The machine comes with a hose; one end connects to the machine, and the other end is placed into the water bottle.

Does this ice makers comes with auto turn on? I need to buy one but it has to turn on automatically when the electricity goes out
