When I received it, each item was wrapped in either bubble-wrap and/or newspaper and they were inside their own little custom made boxes. All of these boxes where then inside the large, shipping box with styrofoarm spacers that would keep smaller boxes from moving around. None of the pieces were broken or chipped.
