This holds one 1/3 pan? or 2 of the 1/6 pans?
Hello, you can fit 3 1/3-size or 3 1/6-size baking pans. If you want to fit 4 1/6-size and 6 1/6-size pans, you’ll need to use dividers.

I just need clarification. I intend to use this warmer with zero water to hold premade hot dogs at 140 degrees which are already cooked in the bun and wrapped in paper on a food/ice cream truck. I can’t have a steam table with water because I will be in motion most of the time. Will this work for me.
