It was years ago but I know for fact that there were no instructions. But the set up is very simple. Most important thing is to add you oil before turning on

This is not a commercial grade food warmer and I don't know why you need instructions with it all you need is a temperature gauge to Temp it takes forever to get the temperature I suggest you send it back and get a sybo food warmer they are actually UL food certified
