Does this chill as well as heat? I.e. if I set it to 10'C when ambient is 20'C will it achieve 10'C ?

This product does not have a refrigeration function. Its temperature range is RT+5-65 degrees. The lowest temperature inside the box will be 5 degrees higher than the room temperature.
