Hello. I have a unit that is will only achieve 75 C when I set the temperature to 90 C. It appears that heating element turns off immediately when the unit hits 75 C. Is there a high limit temperature switch that is set to 75 and will turn the unit off? Is there a way to adjust this up to say 95 if I am trying to hit 90?
If there is no 75-degree limit switch, you may have connected equipment that generates a significant amount of heat—exceeding the unit’s own heating capacity. you can bypass the unit’s inlet and outlet ports with a short pipe, set the temperature to 90 degrees, and see if it reaches that level. Additionally, it is best to use oil as the heat transfer fluid at 90 degrees. If this response does not resolve your current issue, please contact us again for assistance.

Hello. What is your recommendation for preventing rust of this equipment? We are seeing some rust form on the stainless steel, and we have only used this a handful of times so far. We are using it with our tap water and dumping it out to dry after every use. Should we be using deionized water? Is there a specific cleaning method you recommend to prevent rust?
Our inner tank is made of 304 stainless steel. The rust is caused by the welding of the coils and will not affect normal use. If there are rust spots, they can be wiped away easily. Normal maintenance is as follows: drain the medium, wipe the inside of the tank dry with a clean cloth, and keep the tank dry.
