You place the garment over the table section. The part that you are printing on goes on top, the other side goes underneath the table.

Yes, you can slide the sweatshirt to where one the front is on top and the bottom is under the board. Or vice versa

Do you mean the arm or the hoodie? If you are printing on the sleeve you have to lay the sleeve flat as well as the hoodie part. It brought this for my son and he does all three on this machine. I hope this answers your question.
