Yes! Just lift off dump canister. Nonneed to but bags. It us vest to purchase a wand to go with it because otherwise you have to get on the floor to vacuum. I had a spare so that helped

Yes the filter is very easy to get to you just have to open it with the tabs on the tide of it and it is right there. And to clean it you just have to take it out and put it over the trash can and bump it a few times and to clean it well just run it under water and then let it sit and dry for a few hours.

Yes it is. Bought this one for my grandson so he could use his when Pa used his big one as well. Works really well and easy to clean vehicles with too.
