Can I use it on the outside of the window? I I need to add more privacy to my bathroom window bu it has texture on the inside so I want to add it on the outside.

Sure. But the results definitely won’t be as good as indoors. If you want privacy sun film isn’t the right choice. Static-cling frosted film is completely unsuitable for outdoor use.
