What is the size of the larger basket

When a part is larger in height and when stifling in the basket, can this be run without a cover and if a cover is needed, could a taller cover be used to cover the part and after the bottom area of the part that is submerged is cleaned, could the part be repositioned so the top of the part is then repositioned into the solution and be submerged for complete cleaning?
