I see that your 9 inch balloon tires have a weight capacity of 77lb. Is that for each tire or for the set of 2. Also, could they be used as front tires on a converted wheelchair for the beach without the axle ? I have casters on the front which I could run a bolt through the caster bracket and through your tire to attach them.
