You can order a 24 or 25MM axle online. I got the 25mm and it is a nice force fit into the bearings that come with the wheel. I expect you could also go to an autoparts store and order different bearings if needed.

I had the same issue! I used the original fish-n-mate cart axle put a piece of PVC pipe over axle to fit the wheel hub and it works great. I took the axle to the hardware store to make sure I purchased the correct diameter pvc pipe.

The axel bushing requires a 22mm diameter axel. I purchased the set that included the stainless axel, as I was unsure we’d be able to purchase a metric sized rod.
