My mounting location is a solid 2 x 6 facia on an attached garage. Are the included expansion bolts for the mounting brackets able to be used for mounting to a wood surface or, should I use comparable sized LAG BOLTS with a correctly sized pilot hole drilled into the facia and into the double header of the garage structure?
