What kind of screw should I use to mount this onto the stubs? It does not come with hardware...

I used two short LAG bolts. Yes, it may be too much but it is solid and I have used it a lot since I got it. I am sure solid screws would work but I installed it permanently and short (1-inch) lag bolts hold it perfectly. Something with a good thread size.

Are additional wall brackets available for purchase so the reel can be moved to various locations?
