VEVOR Telescoping Ladder Aluminum Extension Step 10.5 ft Multi-purpose Portable

Is there a way to attach this ladder partially opened permanently to the side or back of a motorhome to where only the bottom several feet would be dropped when using it? If so, where would I find the round‐to‐flat clamps that would hook the round ladder shafts to the flat motorhome surface?

My ceiling hole is 10ft high, will the top of this ladder reach that height so i can step into the ceiling?

Can I partially extend the ladder to use for shorter heights or do I have to fully extend it to use it?

Do you have to have ladder fully extended in order to use?

I have a 8.3 ft lift will this work to get me into the loft safely
