What is the exact length when disassembled? Want to fly with this so needs to fit in a suitcase.

Is this adjustable to any length between the 4 and 8 feet?

This is a very adjustable stand, but the width adjustment is limited to 57.1" to 94.5", so it will not adjust down to 4 feet (48 inches) wide.
