Hello, this under-counter ice maker only works with a regular water line. It cannot be modified to use water bottles or water tanks. The unit is specially designed for plumbed water supply and there is no corresponding interface for bottled water or tanks. We do not recommend any unauthorized modification, as it may damage the machine. Thank you for your inquiry.
