The metal frame does not attach to the two back wheels. Is it plastic that attaches to the metal frame and the back wheels?
I am reluctant to depend on the sturdiness of the plastic and its attachment to the metal frame. Am I wrong?
It is connected by aluminum tubes. The black one is aluminum tube, not plastic. Only the wheel itself is plastic.
