I'd like to use this between my raised garden beds to prevent all weed growth. Does this plastic sheeting need to be anchored down to avoid wind from blowing up corners and sides? Is it strong enough to have an occasional deer walking on it with sharp hooves?
It needs to be fixed to prevent it from being blown away by strong winds. It has good strength, but it is best not to have sharp objects on it. No plastic sheet can withstand sharp objects.
