It is not engineered for the high fiber, hardness, and processing requirements of sawdust/wood, and cannot produce durable, dense pellets suitable for pellet stoves. Whole small grains like corn can be fed directly without grinding, but pre-grinding coarse stalks and fully mixing all materials is recommended for smooth feeding and firm intact pellets.
