HOw do you move the legs to adjust the height?

There are screws on the legs and holes in the inner legs. You can unscrew the screws and align the holes in the inner legs to adjust the height.

Has anyone had issues with the splash pan being too big and loose? I have it popped together with no gap but it moves all over.

Our Splash pan fit fine. But never got to use the wheel beings it came not level.

Mine is like that. It doesn't spin while the wheel is moving, but there isn't anything that seems to lock it in place that I have seen.

Makes strange bumping noise?

Only when I put too much of my arm weight on the rim, does it make any noise. That is basically an operator error.

A lot of Black residue on the clay - clay is not sticking to the wheel? Did I get a bad one?

We used a clay from Michaels that worked well. We didn’t have any black residue with it. You do need to clean the wheel thoroughly after using.

Could be the clay not the wheel. The groves on the wheel plate is there to grip the wet clay.
