I purchased this item in August 2025. Information said included 2 bulbs (1 extra). I did not receive the extra bulb. I contacted you but no answer. Now it is time to change the bulb but you do not show available. What do you suggest I do?
The interior contains LED chips, not light bulbs. No accessories are included.

What is the test data or specification for the mJ/cm² (UV dosage) the 8W LED unit puts out?
The inside of the product is LED lamp beads, which cannot be counted in mj/cm2. The sterilization rate is 99.99%.
