I don’t really know, but this isn't an ideal jack. Spend a few extra bucks , get a better jack. Cheap jack for a high price compared to what you get.

Number of pistons ..... more pistons will mean faster pump rate. If thats what you need. Also means more expensive, larger, heavier and higher maintenance. If you need a smaller jack for small to medium sized vehicles this jack works great.

The double pump has two oil outlets vs one on the single making it somewhat faster.

No case. But I have two other jacks with no cases either they get ised for auto work like transmisson removal and clutch jobs along with anything else my vehicles need.
