What material are the baskets made of?
claims oil filtration. So in what way does it filter the oil? All I see is an oil drain.
It's just a old school deep fryer. I just drain the oil though a fine mesh strainer. It takes 5 min.
It's a really good deal.

What is the voltage for each plug?
Each frier has a regular 15amp three prong plug. Just like the outlets in your house (In the US). I have run both friers on one 20amp breaker for about 30 minutes with no trouble.

Does it comes with lids to cover up each container?
Yes, it comes with stainless steel lid covers for each container. The package includes two separate stainless steel lids (one for each tank) designed to prevent hot oil splashes while cooking and to cover the tanks when the fryer is not in use to keep dust and debris out of the oil.

Can you plug this unit into a surge suppressor then into a dedicated outlet.
It is not recommended to plug this commercial deep fryer into a standard surge suppressor.
