Does this 50A transfer switch have a UL approval certification?
Why is your support team telling people in this thread that the product is UL certified when it is in fact NOT UL certified, and all you can provide is the UL test sheet?
If your electrical inspector wants to make an issue out of it, this product will not be approved and may be flagged when you sell your house. The "customer service team" also seems to be a bunch of AI chat bots, so don't expect too much there.
This product does not have UL certification; it only has a UL 1008 test report.

Does this work on a 3 phase panel or just single phase?
This product is only suitable for a single‑phase panel and cannot be used with a three‑phase panel.

Can I change the 30 amp circuit breakers to 20 amp circuit breakers
It’s not recommended to replace the original 30A breakers with 20A ones. This switch’s 30A circuits are designed for 30A loads and wiring, mismatched breakers will cause safety risks. Please consult a licensed electrician before any modification.

Can you upgrade one of the 20 A breakers to a 30A breaker?
