Is the machine pre-assembled if there are no operating instructions?

The machine is completely assembled and fully operational. We took them out of the wooden box, plugged them in and got started.

Why can't I find replacement cutting wheels for sms-38. Also no information on how to maintain machine

The machine basically requires no maintenance, just add some butter. The outer diameter of the cutting wheel is 68mm and the inner diameter is 35mm.

The blades on the inside are moving left and right how do I fix this or have I wasted some money buying this?

There is a gap between this Wire Stripping Machine and the motor on the left. There are two screws on the right side of the gap. You can use these two screws to adjust. Or you can contact after-sales customer service to help you solve it.
