Is it strrong enought o slice dried meat(beef jerky or biltong)?

I have to clamp mine down for slicing about 5 carrots at a time, but it does a good job. I suspect you would have to do the same. I removed the suction cups and fastened PVC planks in their place that stuck out so I could use C-clamps at the edge of a table top. I also made a grooved stick to place over the spring shaft to hold the bin open for loading.

I’m not sure if the motor is strong enough. It works great with any kind of veggies. Might be worth a try.
