Can you run 50:1 mix in this post hole digger?

DO BEARINGS NEED OIL?
No. The bearings are pre-lubricated and do not require routine oiling.

I had my equipment for a week or so, ever since I put it together with no problem. And got the right oil and gas mixture forty to 1 i have trouble starting up. I followed the instruction in manual to the T. It sounds like it's turning over. But it's not catching or firing up. I would like a replacement if it's possible. I have a two year warranty

First, treat it as a flooded engine. If the engine won’t start normally because you forgot to turn the switch on during startup or forgot to close the choke after the engine started, follow these steps: Remove the cylinder head cover, take out the air filter and spark plug, open the choke, and tilt the engine upright with the muffler opening facing upward. Then, crank the starter 15–20 times without loading.
