I would like to know the true accuracy of the temperature adjustment control? I was told by a Vevor Rep that it is within 50°F(10°C). This is very hard to believe after reading the documentation here: "The 9-level control allows precise adjustments. This feature ensures you can set the right temperature for different types of wax. It helps prevent the wax from overheating or burning."

Hello, due to the characteristics of wax, the internal temperature will be very high after the wax is melted. If you want to ensure that the temperature is relatively accurate, you must stir it continuously during the melting process. Also, the temperature of this machine will have a positive or negative error, so you can try to boil water with the machine and then measure it with another thermometer.
