1. Is there a sliding paper position tab at upper edge so that each stack of paper can be positioned at exactly the position of the previous stack? 2. Do you have to crank down the pressure bar if cutting only one or two pieces of paper? 3. Can I see or download the user manual before I purchase?

Can I buy just a replacement piece that goes under the blade , the red cube plastic piece. Mine is worn out

Have you removed it from the Guillotine, rotated it 90 degrees and put it back in? When one side is worn, take it out and flip it end for end and you have 4 new sides. The way they made this you have 8 edges to use before you need a new piece. I am not sure where you would be able to purchase a new one.
