Why does the concrete blade turn counter clockwise. All of the one's I have seen turn clockwise

This takes into account that the worker needs to add water when cutting. If it is turned clockwise, the mud will splash all over the workers.

I got mine with no wrench, how do I put tge blade on? The images in the booklet are not clear. The hex tool turns the whole unit.

This requires removing the pressure plate to install the blade. There is a wrench in the product, so just remove it and remove the screws.

How do i rotate the unit so the blade can cut on the left side like the original picture
