There is no plug. What do I buy? In the comments it says 110 V but it pulls 28 A. So do I need 125 V 30 amp plug?

It does not come with a plug, it is recommended to install and use it on a load switch. You can purchase plugs according to your needs: 3000/110=28A.

I don't understand what size donuts this makes. It says 25mm (incredibly tiny) 35mm (really tiny) and 45mm (just tiny). Or is that the hole size? What is the finished size of the donuts? A normal donut is around 100mm.

It is the size of the doughnut mold. For example, a 25MM mold can make donuts as large as 30-50MM, while 35 can be made into 60-90MM, and 45 can be made into 80-120MM.
