I need instructions on how to change the thickness of the ice. I have never had instructions on this machine.

We are moving, and I need to empty, drain, and pack the unit for transportation. How do I thoroughly drain the unit?
Just drain the water from the sink. There is a drain on the right side of the sink, just unplug the drain.
