I purchased the 48v, 15 amp charger for my 2014 ex-go RXV golf cart. The manual states to plug the DC to the batteries first and then the AC. To disconnect after charging disconnect the AC first and then the DC. Do you have to follow this sequence every time or just the initial time. Can you not just leave the AC plugged in and plug and unplug the DC plug when charging? Thank you in advance for your answer.
It's OK to plug in the mains or the trolley first, and then unplug either one after charging. The recommendations in the manual are from the perspective of safety.
