Why is it listed as 110v/120v but electrical diagram shows 220v/240v at 32A? please clarify. I want to install on a boat and can run a dedicated circuit but need to understand electrical requirements first. Also - can this be hardwired or is the unit setup only to be used with an outlet?

Will it work on a 20 amp receptacle? I have a single burner induction that will only work on 15 amp receptacle and will not work on my 20 amp receptacle.
