I don't think do. Since all the burners requires that the pan have the ability to be magnetic, in other words all pans to work on each burner has to be made of a certain percent of metal so that the burners will magnetic cling to pan.
I found out hard way. Didn't realize what the induction meant till we installed it & mone of my pots & pans work on it. So had to buy all new ones that were for induction stove tops. Luckily I found really nice set that had

Yes. I just bought my second one. I love these induction cooktops. Google 36" inch induction cooktops and you will see a large selection to pick from. I had an "empava" for several years and I just bought a Vevor a few months ago and so far so good. Read the booklet that comes with the cooktop and if you abide by what they tell you, you should have no problems. Especially keep it clean.
