Do I need to add oil? The manual is incomprehensible in the "refueling and maintenance" section. "New pump, pressing after 8001500es need refueling once"? The kit doesn't come with oil or say what kind to use or explain how much or how to adding a way I can understand.

The new product does not need to add oil. You can apply 5-8 drops of dimethicone after using for a period of time.
