Could I use this for notching framing lumber if I used wood blades?

What is the motor's amperage? 110v and 4800W implies over 40A of current.
40Amp is correct, but I was able to do my job on 20Amps if I would cut for a couple minutes and then let it run without a load for a minute or two. I did this over and over, but sometimes I would pop the circuit. I would let cool down for a couple minutes, and the star over. This actually took several hours to cut 2 inch deep for 30 feet.

I've never seen a regular outlet that is 120V 40amp... Will this work w/regular 120v 20amp outlet, which is the standard in the US?
Could this tool be used to grind down a stump?
