Does the electric attachment roll out the thin sheets of dough? I dont want to hand crank that part.

Yes it rolls out to paper thin . Great piece of equipment. The motor fits my outer pasta making machines. I'm going to purchase another motor for my other machines, so I don't have to keep changing the motor.
