Does this cylinder have a spring inside of it to retract the cylinder?

What fitting is used on the cylinder. Need to match it up to the your air/hydraulic pump unit with 1/2 Gal. tank.

The joint thread on the cylinder is ZG3/8-19, and an air oil pump can be used. The air oil pump joint should be 3/8 pitch, but the oil inlet joint on the cylinder must be unscrewed and the air oil pump joint can be directly connected to the oil inlet joint of the jack.
