listing says squat about the difference between the two models. ?
I personally have the one with the moving forks. It takes a little bit to get used to but I now much prefer it. You can flip the forks up to pull differently and give more precise leverage.
I use them flat to start a board and flip up to pull more precisely when a nail doesn't want to give.
I feel like the moving forks some times slide on a board so just make sure you practice a few times to find the best "center" point for you to pull.
There's some great videos on the interwebs showing different techniques.
I hope this helps some!

The 41" model has a pivoting head, the other model has a fixed head. In my opinion the pivoting head provides better support across the width of the board that reduces the potential for cracking the board.
