The minimum setting of this device is 1mm, and it cannot be set to 0.1mm

I find several references saying I can buy a replacement heat element for the Mophorn Automatic Hot and Cold Tape Cutting Machine. It is good to know I can get one. The question is Where can I purchase a new heating element?
