How low to floor dose it go

Measurement is from the bedpan to the floor. 455 is the lowest height. 745 is the height up to the highest position.

is there an extender to make this bed longer..? and to confirm, is this a full size bed and does it come with a full size mattress? if so, what are the correct measurements for the full size? I see there are 2 different options of measurements when ordering.

This bed cannot be extended. It is a standard double bed with a standard double mattress. This product is available in two different sizes and with adjustable height.

There is a special tool for this, called an adapter plate. (The minimum height of our bed is 455mm, plus the thickness of the mattress is 600mm). You can refer to this. We will ship it out for you within 24 hours. This will take 2-6 days to get shipped to your place.
