Can you use cookie sheets on all 4 racks? The spacing seems really small between the racks and the video basically shows the croissants on like a mat or parchment paper. I am looking to bake cookies, cupcakes and macarons with several cookie sheets at a time.

You can put trays on the rack. The vertical distance between racks is 3 1/8 inches.
