is the exposed part of the fan 35.5x15.3
or is that the actual insert part inside the cabinet, I noticed the reveal lip and have very specific measurements

The measurement of 35.5 in. x 15.3 in. (902 mm x 388 mm) is the dimension of the exposed bottom lip/flange panel that rests flush against the underside of the cabinet.

Is the outside casement - that is usually put inside a cabinet - tidy enough to leave exposed?
