Is each drain section open at each end and then you use two end caps to close it off? I want to channel the water out the end cap instead of the side or bottom. Looking at getting the 7.5 deep system
Each section is open at both ends, but each section is connected to the lower section. So, if you use 4 meters or 5 meters, after connecting 5 sections together, both ends are empty. You can seal both sides with the end cap. If you want to drain water from both ends, there are also water outlets on the end cap.

Can these be cut ?
My husband said it should be no reason it can’t be cut, but he didn’t have to cut for his application. He suggested that you ask the manufacturer.

Hi, What is the difference between the different drains? Which one would work for drainage problems by a house foundation? Which grate last longer, plastic or steel? Thank you
It mainly depends on your needs. Stainless steel ones are more attractive and are generally used inside the pool area, while plastic ones are typically used outside the yard, such as in front of the garage door.
