you can put this handle onto the Spray Paint Pressure Pot Tank and itwill work. no, a quart lidqure at a time cannot be used in one time. but you can drill a half of it.

A quart will prolly be ok....but you have to have enough to reach the siphon tube in the tank (about an inch from the bottom) as well as enough to fill the hose, which is about 9 ft long....

The supply tube goes pretty deep in the tank. .
I however repurposed it to fill gear boxes with 90w oil..
So I don't truly have experience with the paint application.
The product seals well and it worked perfect for me.
