Yes, this device can be installed backwards, but you need to adjust the pressure gauge port and plug port yourself. There are two installation options: First, rotate the entire product so that the back support is facing you instead of the pressure gauge. Second, disassemble the entire product, follow the arrow ➡ on the product, and reassemble it. Plug the existing pressure gauge port with the plug. Unscrew the existing plug and install the pressure gauge.
