Do you still have to open the window and put the fan hose out the window or can you keep the window shut and still airbrush and also is this worth it?

You should put the hose out a window or opening in the wall. Only takes 10 seconds. I’m going to seal my window permanently with the hose sticking out. Nobody but me is going to see it, and I don’t mind.

What is the decibel level of noise?

not surer of the decibel level but I can say that it's about the same volume as a vacuum cleaner.

The decibel level is 77 in front of the spray booth, 10 feet away is 55. It’s a little noisy, but not overly so. About what you’d expect.
