Yea sir. You twist the red top until the red lines moves to the torque value you want. So let’s say you are tightening a Red dot screw that requires 15in lbs. That is good so it is set at the right specs and won’t allow you to over torque and possibly strip a screw. Also you are not guessing in your head if you have it right by cranking on it until YOU feel that it is tight enough. Then you will have an issue if the screw backing out, red dot comes flying off and breaking your product. It’s easy my friend. If you need anything just ask and I can happily respond. Yes it has a magnetic tip. I love this thing, it works great.

It took two weeks of back and forth email communication before I finally got a clear answer from VEVOR. There is supposed to be a magnetic tip in the shank of the handle and another magnetic tip in the extension arm. Mine was lacking the latter, so VEVOR is supposed to send me a replacement. Because at least three other customer responses stated it has no magnet, I must conclude this is a quality control issue at VEVOR.

Yes it sure is magnetic bit holder.

There is a magnetic bit holder in the handle, but not in the extension, so if you are using the latter, the bit could fall out. Perhaps my extension is missing a magnet or maybe all of them are made this way. I don't know, but it does seem odd to me.
